Why Turkey
Why European buyers nearshore to Turkey
A practical middle ground between European costs and long Asian supply chains.
Close to the EU
Trucks usually reach central Europe in about a week, so you can order smaller batches more often and keep less stock.
Customs union for industrial goods
Most industrial products move between Turkey and the EU without customs duty when shipped with an A.TR movement certificate.
Strong industrial base
An established supplier base for the automotive, machinery and home appliance industries, used to European standards and audits.
Same working day
Turkey is one to two hours ahead of central Europe, so questions are answered the same day.
Competitive costs
Labour and overhead costs are lower than in Western Europe, often without the long lead times of Asia.
Flexible volumes
Suitable for low and medium volumes as well as series production, including assemblies.

FAQ
Manufacturing in Turkey questions
Not answered here? Ask us directly. We reply within a few hours.
Ask a questionDo I pay customs duty on parts made in Turkey?
For most industrial products, no. Turkey and the EU have a customs union for industrial goods, so parts shipped with an A.TR movement certificate usually enter the EU without customs duty. VAT is charged as on any import. We check the rules for your product before you order.
How long does delivery from Turkey take?
By truck, delivery to central Europe usually takes about a week after production. Express options are available for urgent parts.
Is quality in Turkey comparable to Europe?
Many Turkish suppliers work for European automotive and machinery companies and hold certifications such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. We choose factories that suit your requirements, approve samples with you and check parts before shipping.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No fixed minimum. Turkey is well suited to low and medium volumes as well as series production.
Do I deal with the factory directly?
You deal with us, in English and in your time zone. We manage the factory, quality checks, shipping and customs.
