Ask a questionHow do you protect our drawings and designs in China?
We sign an NDA with you, share files only with the factory that quotes or makes your part, and can use suppliers with contractual confidentiality. For sensitive products we can split work between factories or keep final assembly in Europe.
How long does delivery from China take?
Sea freight to Europe usually takes around five to seven weeks door to door, and rail freight is often faster. Air freight is used for samples and urgent parts.
Are there special duties on products from China?
Standard EU import duties apply, and some product groups from China also carry anti-dumping duties. We check the duty for your product before you order, and suggest another country if duties make China uneconomic.
Who owns the mould or tooling?
You do, when you pay for it. We agree tooling ownership in writing and can arrange to move tools to another supplier if needed.
How do you check quality?
We approve first samples with you, agree inspection criteria, and check parts before shipping. Third-party inspection reports are available on request.
