Drive or inverter down? First answer within 24 hours.
Obsolete and hard-to-find IGBT modules.
IGBT and power modules for frequency drives, servo drives, solar inverters, UPS systems and welding machines. We find discontinued and allocated modules from Infineon, Semikron, Mitsubishi, Fuji and more, inspect them and deliver across the EU.
- Single modules for repairs
- Date codes and photos
- Alternatives if needed
Module types
IGBT and power modules we source
From single half-bridge modules for a repair to complete sets for a production run.
IGBT modules
Half-bridge, dual, chopper and six-pack modules from 600 V to 3300 V.
Intelligent power modules
IPMs with built-in gate drive and protection, common in drives and servo amplifiers.
PIM & CIB modules
Converter, inverter and brake in one module for compact drives.
Thyristor & diode modules
Thyristor, diode and rectifier bridge modules for soft starters and power supplies.
SiC MOSFET modules
Silicon carbide modules for EV chargers, solar and high-frequency converters.
Gate drivers
Gate driver ICs and driver boards that match the module you are replacing.

If the original is gone
Replacement IGBT modules your engineers can approve
When the exact module is no longer available, we help you find a safe alternative.
Match the ratings
Voltage, current, switching behaviour and thermal data compared with the original.
Match the package
Same footprint, terminal layout and mounting, so the module fits without redesign.
Share the data
Datasheets side by side, so your engineers decide with full information.
Supply and inspect
The approved module sourced, checked and delivered like any other order.
Quality & counterfeit protection
How we check IGBT modules
Power modules are a common target for counterfeiting and refurbishment. Every module is checked before it ships.
- Exact part matchFull part number and suffix confirmed against your label or drawing.
- Label and date codeLabels, date codes and lot codes checked for consistency and plausibility.
- Signs of useTerminals, screws and baseplate inspected for marks from previous mounting.
- PackagingOriginal packaging and ESD protection checked, photos taken.
- Electrical tests on requestIndependent testing of static parameters for critical applications.
- PaperworkCertificate of conformance and inspection photos with every delivery.
FAQ
IGBT module questions
Not answered here? Send us the part number. You get a reply within 24 hours.
Send a part numberCan you find obsolete IGBT modules?
Yes. Discontinued IGBT modules are one of the most common requests we handle, especially for variable frequency drives, servo drives, solar inverters, UPS systems and welding machines. Send the full part number from the module label and we check remaining stock worldwide.
Which IGBT module brands do you source?
We source modules from Infineon (including former Eupec parts), Semikron Danfoss, Mitsubishi Electric, Fuji Electric, Hitachi Energy and ABB, Littelfuse IXYS, Toshiba, Powerex, Vishay and others. We are an independent distributor and not affiliated with these manufacturers.
How do I find the right part number?
The full part number is printed on the module label, for example FF450R12KE4, SKM300GB12T4 or CM300DY-24H. Send a clear photo of the label if you are unsure. Suffixes matter, so we always confirm the exact variant before ordering.
How do you check IGBT modules before shipping?
We check the label, date code and packaging, inspect terminals and baseplate for signs of use or damage, and compare markings against the manufacturer's data. For critical applications we arrange independent electrical testing before shipment.
What if the module is no longer available?
We look for pin-compatible alternatives with matching voltage, current and package, and share the data so your engineers can approve the replacement before you order.
Do you supply gate drivers and thyristor modules too?
Yes. We also source gate driver boards, intelligent power modules, thyristor and diode modules, rectifier bridges and SiC MOSFET modules.
