A harness drawing or wiring diagram, the bill of materials with connector and wire types, and quantities. A sample is also helpful.
Do you test every harness?
Yes. Every harness is tested for continuity and short circuits, and further tests are possible on request.
Can you source the connectors?
Yes. We source connectors, terminals and wire, and suggest approved alternatives if a part has a long lead time.
Which standards do you follow?
Harnesses are built to your drawing, and IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship can be agreed with the supplier.
Is there a minimum quantity?
No fixed minimum. Prototypes and series are both possible.
