FAQ
Sheet metal fabrication questions
Not answered here? Ask us directly. We reply within a few hours.
Ask a questionWhen is stamping better than laser cutting?
Laser cutting needs no tooling and suits prototypes and small batches. Stamping needs a tool but gives the lowest unit price in large series. We show you where the break-even is.
Which materials do you work with?
Steel, stainless steel, aluminium, galvanised steel, copper and brass, in common sheet thicknesses.
Can you deliver coated and assembled parts?
Yes. We deliver parts powder coated or plated, with inserts and sub-assemblies as needed.
Which files do you need?
A 3D model (STEP) and a drawing with material, thickness, finish and quantity.
Is there a minimum quantity?
No fixed minimum. Single prototypes and large series are both possible.
